Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful time at the Resort, which is perched on several floors up a hill with magnificent views. The rooms are wonderfully designed and surprisingly comfortable, making it a top choice for those wanting to experience this spectacular place. However, the sofa bed was poor and not comfortable, the TV was micro flat, and breakfast choices were limited with no proper 24-hour service.
I had a wonderful time at the Resort with a much smaller room than my companions but with a better view. Despite the limited space for unpacking, I highly recommend this magnificent place. The poor sofa bed and limited breakfast choice were downsides, but the fantastic view made up for it.
The hotel offers visually clean, completely renovated rooms, with friendly and helpful service. The great location overlooking the Belvedere di Murgia national park adds to the charm, while the dining experience in the wonderful cave restaurant is truly amazing. Despite some delays in service, the overall stay was pleasant and enjoyable.
The hotel is ideally located in the center of old Matera, offering stunning views across the valley. The rooms, while cozy, may benefit from an update. The service was exceptional with helpful staff members. Dining was delightful, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I was impressed by the beautiful old charm of the hotel, but the sofa bed was not comfortable and the breakfast choice was limited. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location allowed me to explore Matera with ease.
I was delighted by my stay at this hotel. The room, although somewhat cave-like, offered a unique and cozy atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The location was exceptional, providing easy access to both tourist attractions and local gems. Dining was satisfying, though a bit pricey for the options available. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.
